Ugo DeBlasi
Description Ugo DeBlasi, age 48, has served as our Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer since August 2009, and previously as Chief Financial Officer since April 2009. Mr. DeBlasi was a consultant to the Company in 2009 prior to commencing his role as Chief Financial Officer. Previously, Mr. DeBlasi served as Vice President and Controller (Chief Accounting Officer) of Applied Biosystems from 2003 to 2008. Mr. DeBlasi also held the positions of Vice President Finance, Celera Genomics; Corporate Controller (Chief Accounting Officer); Assistant Corporate Controller; Director Financial Accounting and Reporting; and Senior Manager, Financial Reporting for Applied Biosystems.
