Description Mr. Bowman has served as a director since the Company began operations in 1980 and as the Company's President and Chief Executive Officer from that time until his resignation from those positions in August 2002. Mr. Bowman was Chairman of the Board until he resigned from this role in November 2005. Mr. Bowman is also a director of Illumina, Inc., a developer, manufacturer, and marketer of next-generation life-science tools and integrated systems for the analysis of genetic variation and biological function.
