A. Clayton Perfall
Description A. Clayton Perfall, 50, has been a director since December 2004 and is a member and Chairman of the Audit Committee of our Board of Directors. He currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Archway Marketing Services, Inc., a provider of outsourced marketing operations management services. From October 2001 through October 2008, Mr. Perfall served as Chief Executive Officer of AHL Services, Inc. Mr. Perfall also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Union Street Acquisition Corp. from July 2006 through September 2008. From September 1996 through September 2000, Mr. Perfall served as Chief Financial Officer of Snyder Communications, Inc. Prior to joining Snyder Communications, Mr. Perfall was a partner with Arthur Andersen LLP. Mr. Perfall received his BBA from the College of William & Mary.
