Description KENNETH A. NILSSON, 77, has served as a Director of the Company since January 1996 and the Chairman of the Board of the Company since October 2004. Mr. Nilsson formerly served as President of Cooper Laboratories, Inc.; President of Cooper Lasersonics, Inc.; Managing Director of Pfizer Taito Ltd.; President of Max Factor, Japan; and Chairman of the Monterey Institute of International Studies. Mr. Nilsson received a B.A. degree from the University of Southern California and an M.A. degree from the University of California. Mr. Nilsson?s extensive business experience, including experience in the medical and international areas, make him a valuable member of our Board of Directors.
