A.J. Teague
Description Mr. Teague was elected an Executive Vice President of EPGP in November 1999 and additionally as our Chief Commercial Officer and a Director in July 2008. He also serves as a Director of EPE Holdings (since October 2009) and as Director, Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer of DEP GP (since July 2008). Mr. Teague joined us in connection with our purchase of certain midstream energy assets from affiliates of Shell in 1999. From 1998 to 1999, Mr. Teague served as President of Tejas Natural Gas Liquids, LLC, then an affiliate of Shell. From 1997 to 1998, he was President of Marketing and Trading for Mapco Inc.
