Aaron Grunfeld
Description Mr. Grunfeld became a director in November 2008. Mr. Grunfeld was a director of Equitex, Inc. from November 1991 to December 2006. Mr. Grunfeld has been engaged in the practice of law since 1971 and was of counsel to the firm of Resch Polster Alpert & Berger, LLP, Los Angeles, California from November 1995 to August 2006. Mr. Grunfeld is also a member of the board of directors of the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California. Since August 2006 he has practiced law as a principal of Law Offices of Aaron A. Grunfeld and Associates. Mr. Grunfeld received an A.B. in Political Science from UCLA in 1968 and a J.D. from Columbia University in 1971. He is a member of the California Bar Association.
