Andrea Robertson
Description Andrea Robertson, age 52, is the Group Executive, Corporate Treasurer of MasterCard Worldwide. From 1996 to 2003, she held financial management positions with RR Donnelley & Sons Company, and from 1984 to 1996 with International Business Machines Corporation. She is a member of the Board of Trustees of Merrimack College. From 1979 to 1982, she was an auditor with Coopers & Lybrand. She holds a BS in Accounting from Merrimack College and an MBA in Finance/Management Information Systems from the University of Chicago. She is a certified public accountant and has served as a director of the Company since June 2004. Ms. Robertson brings to the Board considerable knowledge and experience in finance from her training as an accountant and her work in financial management positions. She qualifies as an audit committee financial expert under Regulation S-K of the Securities Exchange Act and serves on the Board's Audit Committee.
