Description Andrew K. Balo has served as our Senior Vice President of Clinical and Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance since March 2008, and from February 2002 to March 2008, served as our Vice President of Clinical and Regulatory Affairs. From June 1999 to February 2002, Mr. Balo served as Vice President, Regulatory and Clinical Affairs of Innercool Therapies, Inc., a medical technology company.
