Andrew Balson
Description Andrew B. Balson has served on our Board of Directors since March 1999, serves on the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board of Directors and also serves on the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors. Mr. Balson has been a Managing Director of Bain Capital, a global investment company, since January 2001. Mr. Balson became a Principal of Bain Capital in June 1998. Mr. Balson serves on the Boards of Directors of OSI Restaurant Partners, LLC and Dunkin? Brands, Inc. as well as a number of other private companies.
