Before joining the Company, Mr. Crescenzo was an Executive Director from 2002 to 2006 and a Senior Manager from 1997 to 2002 at the accounting firm Grant Thornton LLP. From 1993 to 1997 he served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of J. D?Addario & Co, Inc, a leading manufacturer and distributor of equipment for the musical industry, and held several positions at the accounting firm Ernst and Young LLP from 1984 to 1993, the latest of which was Senior Manager.
