Andrew Fremder
Description Mr. Fremder, 48, is the co-founder and has been President and member of the board of directors of East Bay College Fund, a private non-profit corporation, since April 2003. Mr. Fremder also served as a managing member and Chief Financial Officer of Farallon Capital Management, L.L.C. and Farallon Partners, L.L.C., each a San Francisco based investment advisory firm, until 2003, and acted as a consultant to them through December 2008. Mr. Fremder has been a member of our Board since our inception in 2000. Mr. Fremder has extensive experience in corporate finance and investment, and has significant experience in the financial services industry and in a regulated institution.
