Prior to joining Columbia Bank, Mr. McDonald was a Senior Vice President and Team Leader at U S Bank. Mr. McDonald?s experience in banking spans 20 years and includes senior credit officer positions with US Bank and West One Bank, as well as, managing US Bank?s Media & Telecommunications group and South Puget Sound Commercial Banking group.
