Mr. McKenna, 80, joined McDonald?s Board in 1991 and is a member of the class of 2012. He is currently a director of Aon Corporation and Skyline Corporation. In the last five years, Mr. McKenna also served as a director of Click Commerce Inc. Mr. McKenna has experience as the chief executive officer of a large, complex international supplier of paper-based goods. His skills include knowledge of strategy and business development, finance, corporate governance, risk assessment, and leadership development and succession planning.
