Andrew Miller
Description Mr. Miller joined us in April 2008 as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Cepheid, Mr. Miller was Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer for Autodesk, an enterprise software company, from March 2005 to April 2008 and Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller from May 2003 to March 2005. At Autodesk, he was responsible for global accounting and compliance operations. Before joining Autodesk, from 2000 to 2003, Mr. Miller was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for MarketFirst Software, Inc., a leading provider of enterprise marketing automation software. Prior to MarketFirst, Mr. Miller served as Vice President of Worldwide Finance for Cadence Design Systems, Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller for Adaptive Broadband Corporation, and senior financial roles for Silicon Graphics, Inc.
