Description Andrew M. Stern, age 60, has served as a director of the Company since November 2001 and is Chairman of the Company?s Corporate Governance Committee and is a member of the Audit Committee. Mr. Stern brings substantial healthcare industry experience to the Board as well as communications expertise. Mr. Stern has served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Sunwest Communications, Inc., a public relations firm, since 1983. Mr. Stern also serves as a director of Medical City Dallas Hospital, Salesmanship Club Charitable Golf of Dallas and as an advisory director of NeoSpire, Inc.
