Andrew William (Bill) Higgins
Description AMr. Higgins has served as a member of the Board since March 2008 and was appointed as the Chairman of the Board effective February 25, 2009. Mr. Higgins has been employed as the Company?s Chief Executive Officer since March 1, 2008. He joined the Company as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in January 2005 and was elevated to the position of President and Chief Operating Officer in November 2006. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Higgins spent 13 years in a variety of senior management positions with Honeywell International and AlliedSignal, most recently serving as Vice President and General Manager, Americas, for the Honeywell Building Solutions Business, and, prior to that, as Vice President and General Manager of the AlliedSignal Grimes Aerospace Business, General Manager of the AlliedSignal Aerospace Services Anniston Repair and Overhaul Business, and Director of East Asia Business Development for the Electronic Materials Business To view the detailed information, you need to SUBSCRIBE with us. |
