Description Ann Vezina, age 46, has served as Executive Vice President and Group President - Commercial Solutions since May 2007. Prior to that date, Ms. Vezina served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer - Commercial Solutions from December 2006 to May 2007, as Executive Vice President and Group President - Commercial Solutions from March 2006 to December 2006, and as Managing Director, Business Process Solutions from May 2003 to March 2006.
