Anthony Bergamo
Description Anthony Bergamo has served as a Director of the Company since its formation in 1995 and as a Trustee or Director of the Bank since 1986. Mr. Bergamo is a licensed attorney in New York and New Jersey and currently serves as Vice Chairman of MB Real Estate, headquartered in Manhattan, New York. Mr. Bergamo is also the chief executive officer of Niagara Falls Redevelopment LLC, Chairman of the Federal Law Enforcement Foundation and Audit Chairman of SP Acquisition Holdings, Inc. In 2002, Mr. Bergamo was elected a director of Lonestar Steakhouse and Saloon, Inc., a publicly traded company. Mr. Bergamo also serves as a member of the New York State Judicial Screening Committee and as a board member of the New York City division of Off Track Betting.
