Anthony Cleberg
Description Anthony S. Cleberg, age 57, has been Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since July 2008. He was an independent investor, developer and consultant with companies in Colorado and Wyoming from 2002 until joining the Company in 2008. Prior to his consulting role, he was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of two publicly-traded companies: Washington Group, International, Inc. a large engineering and construction company involved in power plant construction and mining operations, and Champion Enterprises, a builder of factory-built housing. Before his CFO roles, he spent 15 years in various senior financial positions with Honeywell International, Inc. and eight years in public accounting at Deloitte & Touche, LLP.
