Description Anthony Fanticola served as the owner, Chairman and CEO of A. Fanticola Companies, Inc., Oil Express, Inc. and Lube Pit, Inc. (parent companies of 90 Jiffy Lube stores located in Southern California, Seattle/Tacoma, Washington and Tucson, Arizona). Before his involvement with Oil Express, Inc. and Lube Pit, Inc., Mr. Fanticola owned and operated a variety of privately owned businesses and served as Vice President of Vons Food and Drug where he was responsible for overseeing approximately $800 million in sales. He has been a member of our board of directors since August 2004. Mr. Fanticola was selected to serve as a member of our board based on his extensive operational and retail marketing experience.
