Anthony Fernandes
Description Mr. Fernandes served as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Philip Services Corporation from August 1999 to April 2002. Previously, Mr. Fernandes served as Executive Vice President and director of ARCO from 1994 to 1999; President of ARCO Coal, a subsidiary of ARCO, from 1990 to 1994 and corporate controller of ARCO from 1987 to 1990.
