Anthony Ignaczak
Description Mr. Ignaczak joined Quad-C Management, Inc., a private equity firm, in 1992 and has, since May 1993, been a Partner with Quad-C Management, Inc. in Charlottesville, Virginia. Prior to 1992, Mr. Ignaczak was an Associate with the Merchant Banking Group at Merrill Lynch and a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions department of Drexel, Burnham, Lambert Inc. Mr. Ignaczak formerly was a director of Quality Distribution, Inc. (NASDAQ: QLTY), Tampa, Florida, a bulk tank truck network operator.
