Anthony Merante
Description Anthony Merante was appointed as director in January 2003 and was subsequently elected as a director in August 2004. He was appointed Chief Financial Officer of the Company in January 2005. Mr. Merante was subsequently appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors as well as Chief Executive Officer, President, and Corporate Secretary in March 2006. Mr. Merante is a Certified Public Accountant self employed since July 1, 2009,was a partner with the firm of Reda, Romano & Company, LLP CPA?s in Rye Brook, NY from October 2001until July 2009.
