Description Mr. Lynch has been Managing Partner of Thermo Capital Partners, L.L.C., a private equity investment firm, since October 2001. Mr. Lynch also served as Chairman of Xspedius Communications, LLC, a competitive local telephone exchange carrier, from January 2005 until its acquisition by Time Warner Telecom in October 2006 and as Chief Executive Officer of Xspedius from August 2005 to March 2006.
