Description Mr. Pietrontone, age 48, will assume the role of Principal Accounting Officer of the Company, reporting to the Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Pietrontone has been with the Company since 1985 and during his tenure has served in various roles of increasing responsibility over D&B's financial reporting.
