Anthony Piscitelli
Description Anthony J. Piscitelli, 62, has served as our Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer since our founding in 2002, and as our President since our founding through June 2004 and again from August 2005 to the present. Mr. Piscitelli is the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of A. J. Piscitelli & Associates, Inc., our predecessor and wholly owned subsidiary, since its formation in 1994, and the President and Director of the American Institute for Defense and Tactical Studies, Inc., our wholly owned subsidiary, since its formation in 2008. Mr. Piscitelli has over 26 years of industry experience and has been active in all phases of the security business. Mr. Piscitelli received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from St. Johns University, a Master?s Degree in Political Science from the City University of New York at Queens College and a Master?s Degree in Military History from Norwich University. Mr. Piscitelli received the FBI?s Commendation for Meritorious Citizenship in 1986 and is a member of various professional organizations including the American Correctional Association, the American Jail Association, the American Society for Industrial Security, the International Society of Security Professionals, and the Protective Glazing Council of America.
