Description Edmond J. Walters, 48, has served as one of our directors since April 2008. Mr. Walters is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of eMoney Advisor, a wealth planning and management solutions provider for financial advisors that Mr. Walters founded in 2000 and is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Commerce Bancorp. Prior to forming eMoney Advisor in 2000, Mr. Walters spent more than 20 years in the financial services industry, advising high net worth clients. From 1983 to 1992 he was associated with Kistler, Tiffany & Company in Wayne, PA. In 1992, Walters helped found the Wharton Business Group, a financial advising firm, in Malvern, PA.
