Antonio Alvarez
Description Antonio R. Alvarez has served as one of our directors from July 2005. Mr. Alvarez has been the president and chief executive officer, and a director of Leadis Technology Inc. since November 2005. Since March 2006, he has been a member of the board of directors of Validity Sensors Inc. He was senior vice president and general manager of the memory products division of Cypress Semiconductor Corporation from 1998 to July 2005, and senior vice president of research and development from 1991 to 2001. He holds master's and bachelor's degrees in electrical engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, where he is a member of the advisory board of the Electrical Engineering Department.
