Description The investment objective of the Fund is to receive consistent income and profit production from a diversified portfolio of hedged Convertible Securities The Investment Consultant expects that typically only between 25% and 65% of its portfolio of Convertible and Related Securities at any one time will have been rated as “investment grade” by a recognized bond rating agency such as Moodys or Standard & Poors. The remainder will be non-investment grade instruments. It is not expected that the Fund will hold fewer than 20 investments at any one time.
