It primarily holds interests in Hyland gold project located in the Watson Lake Mining District of south eastern Yukon Territory, Canada; Kaituma uranium/gold project in Guyana; and Iron King gold project in Ancash Province, Peru, as well as owns a base metal mineral property near the Chemainus River in British Columbia. The company was formerly known as Bluerock Resources Ltd. and changed its name to Argus Metals Corp. in May 2009.
