Description Armistice Resources Corp. engages in the acquisition and exploration of gold properties. The company holds interest in the McGarry gold project, which comprises 33 patented mining claims, including 3 licenses of occupation totaling approximately 1,200 acres located in Virginiatown in north-eastern Ontario. It also holds rights to 18 mining claims of the Barber Larder property, covering 627 acres of land contiguous to McGarry gold project; and has an option agreement to acquire up to a 100% interest in the Kerr-Addison property, which adjoins the McGarry project to the east.
