Description Mr. Lerner, age 79, has been a Director of the Corporation since 1989. He is a Director and Vice Chairman of Enterprise Bancorp Inc. Previously, he was a partner in twenty radio stations. Mr. Lerner was previously elected as a Class C Director to serve until the 2010 Annual Meeting. He will be retiring effective January 20, 2010 when his term ends.
