Arnold Pinkston
Description Mr. Pinkston was named Senior Vice President and General Counsel effective November 2005 and Secretary effective December 2005. Prior to joining Beckman Coulter, Mr. Pinkston was Deputy General Counsel of Eli Lilly and Company, responsible for the legal affairs of Lilly USA, Eli Lilly and Company's global pharmaceutical products component and its global marketing and sales organization. Mr. Pinkston served as the General Counsel for PCS Health Systems, a pharmacy benefit management company from 1994 to 1999.
