Arthur Beattie
Description Mr. Beattie, 56, has served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Alabama Power since February 2005. On July 27, 2010, the Compensation Committee approved changes in base salary and Target in connection with the change in position. Effective August 13, 2010, Mr. Beattie?s base salary will be $535,000 per year and his Target will be 75% of base salary. Art P.
