Arthur Dauber
Description Arthur G. Dauber, age 66, has been Chairman of the Board and a director of the Company since the Company?s merger with M&I Electric Industries, Inc. (?M&I?) in May 2007. He served as President and CEO of the Company from May 2007 until September 2009 at which time he was appointed as Executive Chairman focusing on international joint ventures, technical developments, manufacturing and transformative business development projects. Mr. Dauber was President and CEO of M&I from October 1984 until January 2008. From 1966 through 1984, Mr. Dauber was employed by the General Electric Company where he held positions in general management, strategic planning and manufacturing. He also completed General Electric?s Manufacturing Management Program. Mr. Dauber holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania?s Wharton School. Mr. Dauber is the father of Charles M.
