Arthur Dilly
Description Arthur H. Dilly (BA with honors, MA) has served as a Director since 2001. From 1981 to 1998, Mr. Dilly served as Executive Secretary of the Board of Regents of the University of Texas System. He currently serves as Chairman Emeritus and Board member of Austin Geriatrics Center, Inc., a nonprofit corporation providing housing and support services for the low-income elderly. He has served as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Shivers Cancer Foundation, a nonprofit organization providing patient support services and education, since 1998.
