Gallagher has served as our executive vice president since February 2008, as senior vice president from December 2006 to February 2008 and as our general counsel and corporate secretary since joining us in March 2003. Prior to joining us, Mr. Gallagher was with the law firms of Greenberg Traurig P.A., Miami, Florida, from 1999 to 2003, and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, New York, New York, from 1997 to 1999.
