Arthur Goldstein
Description Mr. Goldstein served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ionics, Incorporated, a water purification company, from 1990 until his retirement in 2004. He also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Ionics from 1971 to 2003. Mr. Goldstein is a member of the Board of Directors of A123 Systems, Inc., a supplier of high-power lithium ion batteries, and previously served as a member of the Board of Directors of State Street Corporation, a financial services company.
