Description Arthur L. Knight, 72, has served on our board since 2004. From August 14, 2002 to January 28, 2005, Mr. Knight served as a member of the Calamos Family Partners advisory board. Since 1994, Mr. Knight has served as a business consultant and independent director for a number of private and public, industrial, financial and service companies. Currently, he serves on the board of directors of Hi-Tech Plastics, Inc. Prior to 1994, Mr. Knight served as President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Morgan Products, Ltd., a New York Stock Exchange-listed company. Previously, he held a number of executive positions with Houdaille Industries, Inc., also a New York Stock Exchange-listed company, and its successors.
