Arthur Mintz
Description Mr. Mintz has served as one of our Directors since 2002. Mr. Mintz served as the President of Bees & Jam, Inc., an apparel manufacturer, from 1971 until 2006. Since April 2007, Mr. Mintz has been active as a consultant to the retail apparel industry. Mr. Mintz has been a consultant with Lightship Partners since August 2009. Mr. Mintz has experience in the retail apparel industry for over 39 years, as both an executive and director. We believe, Mr. Mintz has a thorough understanding of this industry and therefore brings valuable insight and expertise to our Board of Directors.
