Arthur Rebell
Description Mr. Rebell has been employed as an executive of Loews since 1998 including as Senior Vice President from 1998 through 2009. Mr. Rebell also serves as a director for Diamond Offshore Drilling, Inc., a subsidiary of Loews. Mr. Rebell was selected to serve as a director on our Board due to his judgment in assessing business strategies taking into account any accompanying risks, his knowledge of the energy industry and his familiarity with the Partnership due to his role as a member of the Loews team responsible for the acquisitions of Gulf South and Texas Gas and the formation of the Partnership.
