Arthur Reeds
Description Arthur C. Reeds, age 66, has been a director since 1999. He is also a Trustee of USAllianz Variable Insurance Products Trust, a mutual fund group affiliated with Allianz Life Insurance Company of North America. He was Senior Investment Officer of the Hartford Foundation for Public Giving from September 2000 until January 2003. From August 1999 to March 2000, he served as the CEO and as a director of Conning Corporation, an investment banking firm. He was the Chief Investment Officer at Cigna Corporation for nine years prior to his retirement from Cigna in November 1997.
