Description Arthur Stern has been a director and has served as Chairman Emeritus since January 2009. Mr. Stern served as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Executive Vice President of the Company since the Company's inception in July 1994 through January 2009. Since 1963, Mr. Arthur Stern has been President of Asta Group, Incorporated, a consumer finance company (Group).
