Arthur Weinbach
Description Arthur F. Weinbach, 66, has been a director since April 2008. He has been Executive Chairman and Chairman of the Board of Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc., a financial services company, since April 2007. Mr. Weinbach was associated with Automatic Data Processing, Inc. ('ADP'), the predecessor of Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc., from 1980 to 2007, serving as Chief Executive Officer from 1996 to 2006 and as Chairman until November 2007. He is also a director of Schering-Plough Corporation and The Phoenix Companies. He is also currently a Trustee of New Jersey SEEDS, a non-profit organization.
