Description Aslam Malik, Ph.D. has served as the President of the Company?s wholly-owned subsidiary, Ampac Fine Chemicals LLC, since December 2005. From 2003 to November 2005, Dr. Malik served as Vice President of Technology and Business Development of Aerojet Fine Chemicals LLC, a business unit of GenCorp Inc. and Vice President of GenCorp Inc., a leading technology-based manufacturer of aerospace and defense products and systems with a real estate segment.
