Description Avraham Gilat has been our director since June 2005. Mr. Gilat serves as the Chairman of Soltam Systems Ltd., one of Israel's prominent defense companies and as a Director General of Mikal Ltd., a holdings company for a wide range of defense and commercial activities. Mr. Gilat served in various positions at Israel Military Industries Ltd. Mr. Gilat holds an M.B.A. from New York University and a B.A. in Economics from Tel-Aviv University.
