Description Avraham Meron has served as our director and member of the audit committee since August 20, 2007. Mr. Meron is currently an independent advisor and is an external director in Africa Israel Properties Ltd., a director in Discount Mortgage Bank Ltd., a member of the investments committee in Clal Finance group, and a director in A.I. America Israel Investments Ltd. For a period of 13 years, until October 2005, Mr. Meron served as senior vice president-finance of Africa Israel Investments Ltd. Mr. Meron also served as a director of Africa Israel?s subsidiaries, including Alon Oil Company group, the controlling shareholder of Blue Square.
