Description Axtel Industries Limited manufactures and supplies process engineering equipment for the food, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries in India. The company offers process plants for grinding/milling of foodstuffs, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and chemicals; cleaning, grinding, pasteurization, and steam sterilization systems for spices; food/feed extrusion systems; and conveyor dryers and de-hydration systems. It also provides process equipments comprising ribbon mixers, batching and mixing systems, process tanks and agitators, continuous frying systems, continuous khoa machines, cassette presses and brining systems, forming and portioning machines, and dewatering screw presses; and size reduction equipment, including universal mills, hammer mills, and knife mills, as well as shredders, cutters, pre-breakers, and granulators. In addition, the company offers sieving and straining equipment, such as rotary sifters for powders and granules, gyratory sifters, gyratory sieving and straining equipment, inline rotary sifters, and destoners for grains and cereals; and material handling equipment consisting of pneumatic conveying systems, dust collection systems, bulk loaders and sack tip stations, pneumatically operated sack and octabin tipping stations, pneumatically operated dual tunnel divertors, bucket elevators, emptying stations, cyclones and automatic reverse jet filters, and screw, belt, and slat conveyors. Further, it provides equipment storage and discharge equipment comprising storage tanks, table feeders, bulk loaders and sack tip stations, bin activators, bagging attachments, pneumatically operated gravity divertors, screw feeders and screw feeders with integral valves, rotary air lock valves, pneumatically operated slide gate and knife gate valves, and pneumatically operated vacuum select valves; and custom designed equipment.
