Description I. Joseph Massoud has served as a director of the Company since December 2005, as well as its chief executive officer since its inception on November 18, 2005. Mr. Massoud has also been the managing partner of our Manager and its predecessor since 1998. Previously, Mr. Massoud was with Petroleum Heat and Power, Inc. Colony Capital, Inc., and McKinsey & Co. Mr. Massoud currently serves as a director for all of our subsidiary companies, as well as for Teekay GP L.L.C., the general partner of Teekay LNG Partners LP, a NYSE company.
