Description William E. Peterson, 48, has been a director since 2003. He has been Principal and Officer of The Peterson Companies for the past 15 years. Mr. Peterson served as The Peterson Companies' Chief Financial Officer from 1992 until 2001. In October 2001, he assumed the position of Chief Operating Officer of Peterson Management Company. In 2006, Mr. Peterson was elevated to the position of President of Peterson Management Company. In April 2008, Mr. Peterson's role within the family business changed to become Portfolio Investment Manager of the family's non Real Estate Assets in addition to duties as a Principal of The Peterson Companies. During the past five years, Mr. Peterson has also served as a manager of DS3 L.C. and as a manager in the stream restoration and wetlands mitigation business.
